With a background in editorial photography and extensive experience as a cinematographer, Bob Trench has built a career around capturing honest, compelling stories through visuals. Their work has been featured on PBS, Gannett, Yahoo, and even appeared—albeit subtly—in Rolling Stone magazine. He has also held credentials as a photographer during the Carter, Bush, and Obama administrations, covering everything from political campaigns to local community events.

While social issues and politics have remained central themes, his portfolio also includes coverage of legendary musicians such as The Stones, Aretha Franklin, and Guy Davis. As Director of Photography for the award-winning documentary Dodging Bullets, which explores historical trauma, they contributed to one of their most meaningful projects—further solidifying a deep commitment to using visual storytelling to elevate underrepresented voices.
